[M] Browse not consistent in displaying Data Curator URI

Description

It looks like the data curator URI is displayed for some Moles (e.g: Polluted Troposphere - CLOPAP), but not for others (e.g.: UTLS - Anthropogenic influence on UTLS clouds and aerosol (CIRRUS)) and it's definitely not being displayed for NOCS Moles. This might suggest that the problem is in the Moles, rather than the browse, but I can't see where the problem is ...

I'm pretty sure this is because the badc has just changed the way it is creating and referencing it's organisation record. There are some newer records that need a new organisation record to connect to e.g. ACSOE/ACE - and that's not there yet.

I suspect the reason NOCS curator is not shown is there isn't an appropriate organisation record in your db? Where the id matches that in dgDataCurator/dgRoleHolder/dgOrganisationID.

The BADC records are all consistently using the new organisation record. NOCS need to create the correctly id'ed organisation record.

Can't test this at the moment as NOCS browse is not working. (Discovery stuff is OK).

Probably go away with MOLES2 and associated code, but we need to make sure we're supporting MOLES1 for NOCS in the interim period.
