[M] [DS] [WG] Getting the identifers right

Description

Moving an email discussion onto trac ...

1) For alpha we agree we can have localIdentifiers which are actually path names, but these are pathnames to granule csml docs. 2) We need to discriminate between the identifiers of documents and of data ... are we clear on that? 3) What will ag's code do when it gets an a uri which is to a parent of multiple granules? Are we allowing that at alpha? 4) How do the localIdentifiers differ between A,B and D docs given that the schemeIdentifier should differentiate what they are?

Apologies, I only just realised this ticket was assigned to me.

In terms of CSML I made the identifiers similar to pathnames to make them 'user-friendly', but I'm aware they aren't the same thing.

Is any of this still unsolved in terms of the GO-ESSP demo? Ag, are you happy with the identifiers coming out of moles? - we can change them (today only) if need be.

Can points 2 and 4 be moved to post alpha review?
