Isn't this part of the WS back-end work? The front-end should look the same whichever? Should it therefore go to Matt?

Nope. This is a front end and a back end issue :-) If we make it a back end only issue, then we've unilaterally declared a new format (one which is the average of all the backend formats). In practice by making it front end, the client can decide what they care about from the backend ...

However, one does have to have a model which is what one wants to show the user ... but we're not imposing that on the backend ...

I have a module for all the types in the backend that we care about ...

  • Status changed from assigned to closed
  • Resolution set to wontfix

This has been solved by the use of mini-MOLES (which is the unilateral new average format).
