[M] relationship between key MOLES characteristics and CSML

The idea tha the feature of interest is the thing that we can then categorise with a NaturalEnvironmentFeatureType? ... but I'm a wee bit uncomfortable about the distance between three key parts of the story: 1) the feature of interest (category key words) (and by the way, that's abstract, so where do we put the instance realisation - in CSML?), 2) the observed property type (I think of that as the parameter measured) and, 3) the result itself.

(Note that I think an observation, singular, may well be associated with multiple observed properties. For example, a balloon flight would be an observation, with a profile of measurements, each of which might be of a bunch of sample constituents albeit by differing processes. This was a problem in ecogrid ...)

Need to talk this over with Andrew!
