1Installation notes for nappy

4Nappy is a package made up entirely of python modules and scripts. Since python is an interpreted
5language there is no need to compile any software contained herein. This should run on any
6Unix/Linux platform (that has python installed as standard) and will run on Windows and other
7operating systems where python is (can be) installed.

9If you wish to use the NASA Ames to/from NetCDF routines (Unix/Linux only) you will have to get a copy of
10the Climate Data Analysis Tools (CDAT) package from:
