Description (last modified by lawrence) (diff)

MO_Project provides the project context for an observation and/or observation collection. It needs to link through to research council (or other funding body) descriptions of such information. It might abstract some of that information for simplicity. It probably needs to be relevant to EOF and INSPIRE activities too, but not over indulge itself in trying to do their job!

A discussion of MO_Project appears on it's wiki page.

Need to accommodate the thinking that relates to the practicalities of Research Councils in the first instance?

Eg How is a project born - usually with funding agreement, project number etc. Then several parts of RCs going down the Data Management Plan Route (BGS and CEH) not sure about the others - these need to come into the thinking too.
